Delete account
How to delete the anonymous account and data in Landrise games for adults.
Who manages the account
- Developer: Landrise (Jan Šrédl).
- Applies to: Dailly, Cutty, Bitt, Gridd, Tippi, Dooel, Ollymp.
- Landrise Kids games (Hoofi, Kioskee) have their own page. This page does not change it.
Delete in the game
- Dailly, Cutty and Bitt: Settings → Delete my data. This removes the anonymous account, progress on the phone, the player document, daily results stored on the phone, the current week (board, country, league) and the cloud backup.
- The button may leave older weeks, the public nickname under the short ID, and a feedback message if you typed an e-mail into it. We remove those by e-mail.
- Tippi: Settings → Delete account and data. This removes the anonymous account, the data on the phone and the player’s Firestore records (player, clock, league, country, week, daily results and the player in open rooms).
- In Dailly, Cutty and Bitt the player ID is in Settings. It is the first 8 characters of the anonymous ID; a tap copies the full ID.
When the game has no button
- Gridd, Dooel and Ollymp have no delete-account button. E-mail support@landrise.app.
- Subject: “Smazání účtu – <game>”, for example “Smazání účtu – Dooel”.
- Include the game name and the player ID if the game shows one. Otherwise the leaderboard nickname is enough.
- We handle the request within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What we delete
- The anonymous Firebase account.
- The player’s Firestore documents: nickname, score, leaderboard, league, and for Tippi the room record.
- Progress stored on the phone, when you delete the account in the game.
What stays
- The purchase record at Google. We do not have payment details.
- Aggregated analytics, no longer tied to the account.
- Backups for at most 30 days, then they are overwritten.
Data only, without the account
- E-mail support@landrise.app with the same subject and say that you want the game data deleted and the account kept.
- The in-game button deletes the account and the data together. Data without deleting the account is handled by e-mail.
